This is a late war buckle ..produced after 1943..
For Both..for army and navy.
If you think blue buckles were only made for navy-units..this is not right.
Look at the thread RODO Type 1 and 2...there you'll find also blue RODO buckles..and you know that the Waffen-SS had had no Naval-units.
