Nice piece! I've seen a number of these in different sizes over the years. Definitely not connected to any specific organization, although it's the type of eagle most identified with SA flags. I've seen an Army officer's car pennant with the same style eagle, as well as very similar eagles used on other types of flags. It's harder to find than a standard NS later eagle podium banner, but to me the value is comparable--$350 to $450, depending on the size and construction. The bullion or lam� types would be worth twice the price.
