Reverse. Runes on red. Muddled white area to the left is supposedly where a paper tag was attached. Opinions?

Thanks for the opinion. I was wrong about the skull. It is a piece of cloth with the black details embroidered on. It's not mine and all I have are photos, but I have to say the work appears to be of excellent quality.
