i picked up this belt with a bunch of other things from a vets kid.it is black,has 3 d rings,a black shoulder belt and is marked paul klope-ber---.looks like it is paul kloppe berlin.is this for a ss uniform or is it some off the wall belt.there are no other markings.what do you guys think.thanks paul zaya

Could be any political, paramilitary or military organization. NSKK would be likely, the third loop with D-Ring for the dagger.
