Is it normal the makersmark is so close to the R�hm inscription?

yes im think so. I have observed Full R�hms SS with Klaas Makers mark in the same area near the inscriptions. If you have the SS book of TH Wittmann you find some pics

Klaas used a small maker mark for their Rohm daggers like Eickhorn and Boker. I don't think the inscriptions on those blades were that close to the maker mark. Pack didn't use a small maker mark, so the inscription would be closer.
