this is my only hj , not really my main focus for collecting , but always wanted a representative in my edged weapons collection after i bought it i noticed what looks like H E H 15 crudely scratched into the scabbard looks to have been there a long time this was not mentioned when i bought it ,(pic of scabbard is upside down ) it has not come out in the pic very well but all the same its there ! , no doubt in the wrong hands this would have belonged to Heinrich "Ermintrude" Himler who claimed he was 15 to hang around with children , this could sell for 1 billion pounds , i jest !

Will,
HJs of this vintage didn't have mottoes on the blade. The maker mark on the blade ricasso is cool, it has the maker's initials in a square, "AES".

I also think the markings being on the obverse are pretty cool, I have been told by a couple of prospective buyers that it was fake because of this funny how they were still willing to buy it for "reference" purposes

Hello Will,
You have a very nice and original, late Arthur Evertz HJ.
This knife also exists without the "AES" logo, only displaying the typical and very small RZM mark.
Best greetings,
Herman

Here is one with the other mark variation: RZM M7/85 only, no "AES"
Best greetings,

Hello Will,
Your knife was probably made a bid earlier than mine.
But both knifes show very light plating over the alloy hilt, so I would presume that they are wartime made.
Best greetings,
Herman
