Does anyone know where this dagger is from? Its naval as it has ANchors on the blade? Is it Turkish?

AAAAAHHHHH, Fanatic e-bayer I see... This one is out of place here, although german manufacture its a turkish naval dagger. (ottoman empire) Hope you leave this one alone...was hoping this one would slip by unnoticed so I could bid in piece....LOL
