I hope the Forum can help solve a few questions I have on the Motorisierte Gendarmerie.
A: Were the 3 standards (Stander) presented by Hitler on 12 September 1937 at the Nuremberg Rally, or was that just the DE standard?
B: Why only 3? Could this be explained by the "Sections" described under question C below?
C: By 1940 there were estimated to be some 52 Squads, or Bereitschaften. But these are reported to have been organized in turn into three Sections: what was the German term for these Sections?
D: A number of motorized Gendarmerie platoons (motorisierte Gendarmeriezuege) was formed at Fraustadt in the Prussian Province of Posen between late 1941 and the end of WW2. Each platoon (Zug) was commanded by an officer and consisted of 36 gendarmes (i.e. a 1/3 unit). These men were in turn split into 8 sections. What was the German term for these sections - my source gives the impossible "Zug" again.
Thanks to all for any help.

Just following up on my post, please ignore "D" as it refers to the ordinary Gendarmerie, not the motorisierte Gendarmerie.
