Raymond, nice additions. I do not recall having seen a packet with the sideways blue writing on it before. The last medal looks to me to be an L/12 with the bottom line missing on the 2.

We can do that. Too much up there now what do you all feel should be unpinned?

Dont think it matters how much stuff is pinned where its readily available perhaps we should consider a new forum for pinned threads with an explanation that some of the best info on the subjects represented is permanently stored in that forum for ease of access

Great to see this thread is still running well - check your medals and packets and post them here. Looking for another 14 or 74 to confirm the marking of a medal on page 6.
I think the last one looks like L/12 as well - perhaps we'll get to see another for comparison.
If you've got one or more medals, please post pics and the makers mark on the ring. Also, details of any packets for the medals as well.

Just got this today. Stamped 19 on the loop. Checked every page of this thread and did not see one stamped 19! According to the numbers 19 would be for E. Ferd Wiedmann Frankfurt am Main. Has the zinc bubbling which is common to these. The picture of number is not perfect but goos enough to see it is definately 19. Tyhe number is stamped on the front.

Nice one - yes, this is the first '19' seen so far. I will update the list again when we get a few more medals and packets posted.

Ruski. At least I know there is more than one 19 out there! Thanks for the pictures of yours Walter. Atleast now I know the number 19's were actually made. SSman

Nice! I'm always on the look out for "Kirchen" stuff as well, which I've not yet found. Though its not quite as common a name as others.

Sorry after an hour or so of trying to get the correct focus with a magnifying glass I realized my eyes failed me it appears to be a 93.
Please correct my previous post moderator, changing the 33 to a 93.

Lukas, thank you. The 88 looks like an earlier tombac base metal medal.
