I have found a dark maroon SS death squad cap in some of my fathers old WWII collectables. It looks like a graduation cap without the tassels---which were once attached on top. Is there a site where this could be authenticated? Thank you in advance for any help provided.

A dress fez designed for the 13. Waffens-Gebirgs-Division der SS "Handschar" (kroatische Nr.1). Lots picked up from Dachau storage but still worth a bit - my guess (without the tasle):about $600-700.

Your knowledge is truly amazing----THANK YOU. I may be able to fine the tassel if I new what it looked like. (pictures out there?) My collection is primarily piston powered war-bird related and I have no interest in keeping this item. Would it be wise to post it for sale on this site? Thank you again. Kirk Evans
