Hi Folks I have recently picked up a few more cased awards, among them a March 13 and October 1st. The medals are grand however I would like to complete the set correctly. I have read many threads on memel cases, from them being red to green. Has anyone a good answer on this one. Where they awarded in red, burgundy, brown and green cases ? or what is the answer. Packets also of course, but Id rather have a full cased set ? Whats your opinions folks ?

I've only had/seen the burgundy case with gold eagle. Never had one in a packet but seen them plain no title just with manufacturer name on back and titled LDO packets..
Do you have one with a green case? , G.

Hi G Thanks fro the reply, I was reading all the memel threads and came across a thread which mentioned a green case of W. Awards forum. Unfortunately I have no pictures of it. Im kinda assuming that the brown cases are from Czech medals which are more common ?

I have one unmarked, came with burgundy case from a vet buy. I do not know if it is "correct". There is a lot of controversy on these medals...Regards, Duane
