Hey all, Not a flag guy so I'm not sure what these were used for. Any pictures showing these in use? Were they used for civilian parades while the individuals dressed up in knight costumes? I think I remember someone posting some pictures but am having trouble locating them. Thanks much for all your help. Regards, Mikee

I believe those Knight figures and sun wheel flags were from the Day of German Art parade in Munich in 1939. There is color films of the parade and was in a segment shown on the History Channel concerning color photograph from the Third Reich as I remember. Ron Weinand

I remember the footage. I believe they were only made for this occasion. I doubt that any survived. they actually may have been scrapped a few days after the parade...
