Very nice Sam. Gotta love those oak grips. Seems to me they add a little something to the character.

I'm expecting one of these to arrive in a few days. I'll post pics.

By the way, great photos.

Nakida,

Just a super piece and a very good choice - well done and congratulations!

Your photographs are second-to-none.

Brilliant!

How about some more shots of anything? Prosit!

Regards,

Bill

HACO marked are my favorite SA. I thought I had the market cornered on them. I love them and that one is a true beauty.

Thanks to all fellows for kind and friendly words, glad that you like my new babie.
Thanks also Paul for your always excellent never ending serviceI appreciate it bro,

Patrice! regarding your question about my camera,

I use a Minolta Dimage F200, 4 mega pixels (4 years old) and a small table tripod.
This camera is not a system camera but have the necessary manual settings I need to use.
The camera also has a very nice lens system with good focus.
To bad this camera cant be found anymore, and Minolta doesnt sell photo equipment anymore either.

I also use a light tent and two 500w halogen lights on each side of the tent.

The tricky part in any kind of photographing is always how to use the light and play with different angles.

Photographing daggers is a hobby itself and I enjoy it very much.
I will hopefully buy a nice digital system camera soon with lots of more possibilities.

Sam,

Pat! My 15 year old daughter will probably kill me if I sell the Minolta Wink, she really love that camera. Maybe I can say that I lost it somewhere on the way home from the pub Big Grin
