Gentlemen,
It will be a few days until I can get any new pictures but will post them when I can.
To answer your question there are no designs on the case. It is actually quite beat up, but still relatively intact. The badge itself is in very good condition however.
I'll post the pictures when I can...

Thank you Mr Kramer... I have seen pictures of Heydrich wearing his badge such as this, however I believe his was gold (not sure though). I have also seen some modern photos with this same badge (actually a recent olympic rider from the Bejing games had one on her riding gear). Not purely 3rd reich, but still has significance. Thanks for commenting though
