Long time reader...first time poster.

Apologises if this has been covered before, I had a quick scan of previous discussions but couldn't see this particular area appear.

With particular reference to police wearing a panzer wrap would the uniform ever (or is there pictorial evidence) of whether they would also wear a divisional cuff title - for example Hermann Goring.

I think the answer is a no but I'll put it out there. From the limited reference books I have access to I can't locate any information.

There was no cuff title authorized for the Panzer Polizei wrapper. Police armored units were typically structured into company strength units. These company strength armored units were generally integrated into the police regiments but wore no distinctive cuff titles. Some units were independent but again no authorized cuff titles. I have never seen a period photo of a cuff title on a Pz Pol wrap.
