No. 151 in the Mills catalog. A quite rare sight, esp. with the US eagle buckle.

Much obliged Jerry! I haven't seen one in wear. Photo must be rare too....

I tweaked yr. picture to see if the buckle was "US" or "American eagle;" seems to be the "US" one?
