Never saw such dagger. Has read, that there were special groups of policemen - foresters. They, as a rule, had bayonets or such daggers too could be at them?

Yes there are specific daggers for the Feld and Forst Hüters, an honour hirschfänger given out as an award for risking their life against poachers. The piece you have is an Imperial pattern with a later applied clamshell emblem,I'm not sure from what I can see that there is any evidence this was awarded to any feld hüter.
