I have a Paul Weyersberg Luftwaffe sword which is missing one of the screws from the lower scabbard fitting. This is the nickle-silver variation. Does anyone know where I might be able to come across one? I've check with Johnson's and they don't have any at this time.
Thanks

I wish I could help. I could use a couple of those screws, too. There are some firearms screws that are "headless" that might work. I've never tried them and they seem to all be blued. If you could find one that fits, you might have to have it plated, unless the other screws are down to bare metal. Someone posted here not long ago that you can manufacture such screws by starting with a normal flat head screw and grinding the head off from the sides, leaving the slot and proper side profile. I would be surprised if anyone in the US makes proper screws that would fit and finding a "parts" sword would be awfully tough, not to mention expensive. There may be European manufacturers that make these, if you can find them. If anyone knows where to get them, or finds them, please share.

These should work.. I bought these screws with SA SS scabbard fitting screws and Army DLV screws from a old Solingen factory. I will list in the for sale section and also on e-bay.. Regards: James P.S. the screws in the picture just have dust on them they are steel unplated..

The screw I bought from Damast worked perfectly and matches the other three that were already there. If you're looking for one Damast is your man. Thanks again.
