Has anyone received spam letters titled SS buckles but the text has nothing to do at all with SS buckles. I'm getting several every day. I don't even know what the message supposed to be but I'm also getting the angry response mail thats loaded with certain four letter words and the works. I'm not sure what kind of game is being played here.

Manfred:
I get strange emails all the time with words in the title such as dager, sworde, etc. I am convinced that spammers are intercepting our emails and using words or similiar words in their titles in the hopes that we'll look at what they sent rather than just deleting it.
As far as the nasty stuff goes my advice would be to report it to your ISP.

Now I'm getting all the email of the three way discussion between three aszholes in the buckle business. There is a Michael Payne who is telling this buckle collector Sepp that his steel SS buckle stamped 155/43 is a fake. Then Jean Pierre gets into the act telling the world that he had one too some years ago but it was original or maybe a fake (who cares??). All their email is addressed to SSbuckles@yahoogroups.com where their trivial announcements about them shtinkin' buckles are blasted to everyone in cyberspace. I can't believe that I'm the only one who's getting all this trash. And if I am I'm wondering why. What did I do to deserve this? Mad Mad Frown

I have had this a long time ago with yahoo forums, at some point in my PC's career I joined a YAHOO forum but turned off new post notification by 'EMAIL'. After a while I had forgotten about the forum I started to get inundated with e-mails on every new post, I had to re-trace my steps and access the advanced options page to turn this notification off again.
Whether this was caused by a server crash or site revamp is anyones guess, but damn annoying all the same, my advice is to try to find a link to the buckles site in the e-mails and either contact the owner or look for an unsubscibe option. CHECK OUT THIS LINK, MY GUESS WOULD BE IT IS TO DO WITH MCF

HI Fellows...I do not know why you are getting unwanted emails, but JP is a good guy and an honest guy, just email him and ask him to be removed, I am sure he did not maliciously add you to his site, John
