Hi Woody,
A Kaiser Wilhelm I commemorative of some kind,
but I can't figure out the significance of the 1905 date? Are there any markings on the rim,
like Hauptmunzamt or something similar?
Hard to tell without more info, can you make out the artist's name and check that out? I'd say a fair value would be $75-100+ range.

hi bill, theres nothing on the rim, as for the artist rhere is a w.v.r between the rear feet
