Nice police bayonet, but it is not for Rural Police. The 'S' is for 'Schutzpolizei' (city). I think that the 'B' may be for 'Berlin'.

I agree with Doug, the piece is not a rural. A Shutzpolizei Berlin isn't a bad thing though. It's an excellent conditioned bayonet in it's own right and I know a few collectors who desire certain markings like Berlin. The mismatch is purely an aesthetic thing, at least the bayonet and scabbard came from the same barracks.
