I've used Super Glue, Epoxy, and solder to repair these before. Solder will not always stick to these crossguards but will gum up the detail as it flows over the nickle plating, so if you decide to try solder, use just a little and work gently Wink Metal filled epoxy works well and blends in nicely. You may need to put a thin metal shim on the underside to keep everything in place.

I have repaired many broken off swasticas, the last one on a Teno EM just this last February.
What you need is an L-shaped bracket made from thin gauge brass. The bracket should be about 1 inch wide, with one leg about 1 1/8 in long, the other about 3/4 inch long. With a Dremel too you remove a small amount of metal from the crossguard where the bracket is to be placed. To attach this bracket use JB-Weld regular (overnight cure) epoxy adhesive and bond the bracket in place using a clamp. After the epoxy has cured bond the swaz in place, remove the excess brass around the swaz and reroute the tang hole.
This arrangement has the added benefit of the bracket being held in place by the blade.

Looking good Wink Add a little darkening around the legs and it will be hard to see.

Nice job Shawn.

Is this the same dagger you are selling on E-bay?

Didn't GDC member Sapient just have a broken Teno EM recently as well?
