Has a circle with an eagle and United States Bureau of Mines.Perfect shape ,dont know if it works need some D batteries to try it.Looks like bakelite material what era ww2 ww1 korea?

Hi Erich, Since the USAF didn't exist until the late 1940's, it's a safe bet not being WWI or WWII.
