found this digging through my collection... got it a LONG while back and just hung it up... but never paid attention to it except for display purposes.
Maker -- none, brass rivets, four hollow rivet, pin construction as shown. cupronickle cross, "blued" (??) starburst....powdery silver base star.
what do you all think.....I am open to criticism.. cause I have no idea....

This appears to be a post war construction S&L DKiG. The rough appearance of the rivets and hinge assembly suggest a post war production. There is some debate about whether S&L made DKiGs during wartime, but many collectors feel that S&L did in fact make a DKiG. Nonetheless, this would be considered post war assembly.
