This is some comment/guess about this infamous picture of a soldier, known as "Kampfgruppe Hansen".I have here the picture, and the question is if the knife this guy carries is adentifiable.


I pick some guesses about this knife, might be something I found as "german trench knife" with some variations.Have a look.

yes that is the hammersfarh knife he is carring
