Its a beautyful Waffenrock, but the compilation of the awards is not correct. The owner of a Wiederholungsspange from 1914 would never with a EK II of 1939 awards. The cord is not the Wehrmacht. The Wehrmacht had two braided strands. Also i think, that the EK 1 is a fake.
so long and sorry for my bad english,
Captain from Germany
best regards

Additionally, the silver tank destruction badge(s) go on the other sleeve as per regulations. I have seen another Army officer and Knight's Cross winner with a single badge on the wrong sleeve, but in this case, with a waffenrock, the tailor would know the regulations and place them on the correct sleeve.

Ok . The awards on this tunic are not the ones the owner Oberst Metz had , --they are all replacements by me . Also ,I do have a 2 strand cord I could place on him . The stitch lines for the 2 tank destruction stripes are on the upper sleeve of the right hand sleeve .The tunic itself is of a very fine woven wool material --and I like it a lot ! Just would like to know something about the owners military service !
