I have no reference materials on cloth yet, so would appreciate your help. Is this a period made German shooting patch or post war made? Thanks for the help.

This is a patch for small arms ordnance NCO worn by Luftwaffe,Army and Bahnschutzpolizei.It depends on the color of the backing cloth.It looks Luftwaffe to me.
