If that's an upgrade, then the slightly less fantastic one should be on the market soon..............?

Hermann,

Great knife, this one must have sat in someone's sock drawer for many decades to look that beautifully untouched. A great maker too, I especially love those Meis pieces. I don't know specifically if they're a scarce or rare HJ maker but I know when dealing with SAs and Feuerwehr bayonets we're talking a rare bird.

Does your upgraded Meis have a motto and is it up for grabs?

Super Condition! In 25 years of collecting, I've only come across that condition in an early HJ, maybe a dozen times...Ok, I'll take it! ...er, how much....hehehe

Billy, John,

Thank you for your kind words.

Billy,

The motto on my upgraded Meis is very faint (I can send you some pictures if you want).

Best regards,

Herman
