Another item I've had for ages, all looks ok but the runes are closer together than on the other examples I have, welcome any comments

Thanks
Jonathan

IMO-That is probably just a manufacturer's variation. But--I don't prefer this type of knot because of the non-standard type of characteristics--No black lines showing in the ball stuffing-smaller runes than usual-very prominant seams on the sides of the stem-a rather narrow slide. Really-there are several variations of these SS knots with slight differences but this type has more differences than most. I would not pay the big bucks for this type as other more standard types are still around.

Thanks Houston,
It came on a nice degen I purchased about 10 years ago, all looked fine but just wanted to hear thoughts on the knot - cheers

I can see no problem as to authenticity. I have a very early, shorter version with black insert to the ball. No doubt it is real and original to the very early "Krebs" degen.
