Fisher shows a very similar mark to this but the picture is not so clear,it says it was found on a SS Honour dagger 1937,gilt embossed trademark,it loks like a Damascus blade aswell.

The only place that I have seen a similar mark is on SS/SA Honor Daggers with a damascus steel blade. See below.
I would be hesitate to accept that mark on a regular SS dagger without a thorough examination of the entire dagger as well as the blade.
