Pakistani fake. Fit of grips is horrendous and scabbard and belt clip brand new.

If you want to criticise someone first walk a mile in their shoes. Then, when they come after you, you'll be a mile ahead and they'll be barefoot.

I would not buy this one. No maker and looks new on the belt clip like Terry says.

Was this style of hanger/clip ever used on period knives? I've only seen this on the late war bayo with the tool in the handle.

Seitengewehr SG 42 have this type of hangar. Very similar.
Here pics of an 2nd variation SG 42

Is that one genuine or one of the $750 ones from the USA?
"Well made reproduction of the extremely rare experimental bayonet (with tools in the handle). Made by 'cof' and tool set is marked 'ltf'. I purchased this piece as an original in the 1990's and it probably came out of Eastern Europe in the 1970-1980s. Overall in very good condition and will be a good collection fill-in until you can find an authentic SG42. It looks just like the original and much nicer than the cheaper recent reproductions."

Do you have any more pics of your SG on other side ?
Closer pics of the blade markings ?

I have a tread about this SG 42.
We can discuss there.

LH600, yes that's the one. I couldn't think of the designation for it. I don't like the fit of the grips near the crossguard. Unless an expert told me otherwise I'd say it was no good. I'm used to seeing these style of hanger/clip.
