Hallo,
this belt buckle is offered to me. There is no makers mark. Can anybody tell me something about the makers name or wether it is a copy?
Thanks for any help. Regards Kolibri

Hi there! Well, with the way the belt catch is looking - very close to the edge of the buckle - my first impression is a reproduction. Sorry - but I would pass on this one. Any chance at a pic of the front?
Cheers
Rob

Thanks for the extra pic....that about nails it! It's a reproduction...A Czech copy I beleive. Look at the eagle's chest and also how the border rope "touches" the bottom of the buckle - two dead giveaways! You can also see the lack of detail or weak strike especially with the motto 100% reproduction....I would pass on this one.
Hope this helps! Cheers!
Rob

Rob, thank you very much for your help. I got a very nice original newsilver buckle from the seller last year, and now this. But I think, he don't know that it is a fake, I will let him know. Thanks again.
