Dear All,

A friend of mine has some rings, can you please tell me if this are special rings?

The one on the right is the "goud om staal" ring from the Dutch NSB.

Hi Rene, all original rings are special ..

Are there any marks inside the bands? The Dutch had there own maker marks and date code marks. Not always put on small items such as rings but they could very well be in there..

I've seen the 2 swastika rings on the left before,center a womans ring.

Right side band,every country had a gold for iron or steel as this one is, haven't handled one but its probably a good one...

The big skull ring in the back,,I seen them before , usually a very large size and a open backed band. Conclusions were that it is pre war and not military, maybe a Momento Mori ring or simliar..

Had a email from a new member about the amount of back pages to see.. As of today there are 52 back pages!
There are settings at the bottom left that will let you see all 52 pages when you come on..

This from page 52,,,2002. ,, And in time we have learned from our Italian friends is that the center wide band Skull ring is from Italy.. No special meaning,,just a cool skull ring for the Italian Axis guys to buy/wear... Of course any more information about it OR any other piece from the back pages can be addressed , new posting etc. ... Thanks , G.
