I need a reference for an antique pistol accessory case, there are no pistols in this one, never had any. but very similar as to what you would see dueling pistols in. nice wooden case with a Wad cutter, nipple wrench, 2 round ball bullet molds, etc. 1800s era I would think. Nice box, burley maple with a key lock. German made.
I am not even sure what these are called?
Help!

I didn't get it yet, that's my problem. I have to make an offer on it and I really have no idea. I know dueling pistol can easily go in the few thousands, but what is a ballpark on just the accessories?

It will all depend on the age (era) make and of course condition and originality of the items. Given the description this case seems that it was made for percussion pistols rather than flintlocks and would probably post date the 1820s or 1830s. Without a doubt it's greatest value would be to someone with a pair of correct size and vintage pistols with the case and tools. I would put the value at around $500 unless there is someting special about the maker. It could be a tough sell at that price unless someone needed it for the pistols.
