I think the dagger is fine, I'm not sure if the fittings have lost all the finish, it could just be very uncleaned though I doubt that, with the cracked grip, loss of finish?? and the nicks to the leather then I should think it's worth about $1000. In Ex++ condition they go upwards of $2K nowadays.
