Hello. This is the WKC I picked up at the same small show. Now correct me if I am wrong but I think the xguard is a Pack. I did look at some pictures. It has a very flat head and sharp beak.

Au contraire THE TYPICAL WKC crossguard (not to be confused with the socalled "type A generic")-far away from any PACK, typical WKC scabbard (one side screw). I cannot see anything to worry. Nice dagger.

Thanks Wotan. Now I have a good reference WKC I am going to be hunting down some more. I now understand the ref to the "inverted V " on the legs. I was looking for it BETWEEN the legs.
