I was left the belongings of an old friend a few months ago that was in Viet Nam. Small riker case with a mixed bag of stuff. U.S., North Vietnam,tourist stuff etc.

These wings are a bronze alloy. Very stiff. Are they U.S.? or Vietnamese? ,or??..,thanks ,G.

I am pretty sure they are South Vietnamese, but they are usually seen in silver. Maybe they had a silver wash. Frequently US special forces troops qualified for these as well.
