I'm thinkin an Adjutant..what does "i.V." mean--eitehr an acting CO or Adjutant signing for CO is my guess

Its Bruno Streckenbach (Oakleaves winner), was the first commander of the SS-Kavallerie Division's Panzerjäger Abteilung and then became divisional commander. He led the formation at two different times. The i.V. meant at the tme he was deputising as divisional commander, he later became full commander of the formation. He was succeeded the 2nd time as divisional commander by Joachim Rumohr on April 1, 1944. It looks like a Verleihungsliste for a lower award.
