This armband and collar tab showed up in the mail today. It was a VERY good mail day.
The armband sleeve circumference is 15". Not a big Reichsleiter.

Bob,
I don't know who's uniform it came from.
The armband is from a tunic with a small diameter arm (15" circumference). I guess that could narrow it down a little.
