RFI:

Sterling silver enamel lion crest badge pins, two pin back, one single threaded clutch back. Gilt over sterling silver. A.H. Donero, Inc.- Washington D.C. Established in 1922 by Colonel A.H. Dondero. The two pin backs are hallmarked "Sterling", the threaded clutch back is not.

What do these pins represent?

These look alot like New Jersey Army National Guard crests.

Maybe you can try researching that direction.
