Gold example. I understand there should also be silver and bronze. I would like if possible to learn more about this award. Like what attachments there would have been. What period these were issued. Any inwear pictures? Any other examples?

Actually I think it is "Deutsches Reich Kleinkaliber Schutzen" and it is a qualification badge similiar to the Tyrol versions. There are small "year bars" that hang on the chains such as "1935". There are bars for pre Third Reich and for Third Reich years as well. There are bronze , silver, and gold ones.

Houston, thank you. In my years of collecting I do not recall seeing more than three or four examples and have not to this point seen the date bars or the silver or bronze versions.
Does anyone have a complete set? Would sure enjoy seeing more examples.
