I looked in Labor Organizations of The Reich by Angolia and Littlejohn and they show this cuff band as unidentified-possibly DAF. The band may signify "Festungs-Pionier Stab" (Fortress Engineer Staff).

Aleksandr..i think you will find not a whole lot of interest in the items of the DAF, and as a unknown quantity of same, i would hazzard to guess that it would be along the same price lines as veterans cuffbands..maybe $40-$60.00 U.S.
