I posted 2 separate questions to the poster who brought up the subject. . He responded after that, to someone else, but not my inquiries. This is typical of those who criticize without giving ANY explanations, and only respond SELECTIVELY.

wagner 139 - No offense taken - I was just in a bad mood. I believe I can speak for Chriss, as well as myself, that trying to make a respectable Totenkopfring is EXTREMELY difficult. One of the reasons for this is the inherent problems with "casting" as a production method. The other challenge is to reproduce what is arguably the most detailed ring ever made. THEN - you have to deal with the inside inscription. This process is ongoing, with every attempt to make a better and better product. Thanks for the support from all of you.

I have just received a copy of the ring made by Greg ( the father of Chris ) and I must say that it is, According to me, a very interesting masterpiece, not a mere copy but a personal and spiritually deep reintepretation of the german historical progect of those years. The perfect structure of the ring keeps the meaning of its origin by means of the mind of a modern artist . If the the events were not been those that we know I believe that Greg and Chris would have been appreciated even by Otto Gahr .In other words this ring is neither a mere copy nor a fake : this is a true MODERN Totenkopfring, the TKF of the XXI century. The work of Josias is to me similiar with this for the purpose, but from another perspective,it seems to be a modern attempt to read the symbolic language of the Totenkopfring as it was in the past and will represent in the future the true spirit of that age. Thank you Greg ! Thank you Josias! Silverio
