It's an assignment for an audit and oversight of the liquidation of a leather goods company, Hermann Brothers in Prague, taken over by Ernst Teufel.
It further requests the cost of the work be relative to the pay of the highest level mid-range employee of the company unless there is reason for an exception.

Well fleamarket..paramilitary in nature as this transaction had oversight from the Nazi govt in the protectorate..
