You'd think the seller would have done some price searching on the internet first. Roll Eyes

A lot of people who know nothing about Nazi items, think that everything that has a swastika is worth a fortune

Guys... have a look at the questions he's got posted on his listing, here's one with an answer:

Q: Hello, I am most interested in your dagger. Firstly, will you mail internationally by insured USPS? and would you accept an eBay Buy-it-Now offer for $2000.00 plus shipping and insurance. Please let me know either way. Thanks, Redbaron27

This is the latest Q and A.

I would like to know if you want to buy my socks for $10,000, my butter knives for $100.00 each and my fully documented worn underwear for $500.00. I will of course include a copy of the date they were purchased and washed. HAHHAHAHAHHAHAhahaa... good luck, your going to need it!

I appears the seller has re-listed the ad, with a $3,500 price tag, and a threat as well.

Very nice vet bringback. If this add is deleted out,me and my crew will complain to e-bay about all other similar adds on e-bay,and have them deleted out for the same reasons. My asking price is less than replacement costs would be in todays marketplace. 80% of all German daggers in the world listed for sale have been estimated by collectors to be fake. This is the real deal.

Starting bid: US $3,500.00

And I was just reading another thread where people were complaining about the artificially inflated prices of German Daggers. Hmmm, I wonder what all the Dealers would have done if this Yo-Yo had actually sold this thing for that? A NEW Benchmark!

Bowman listed a few RZM codes that are known to be faked more often than others 7/11,7/33,7/36,7/66,7/85 and 7/104. Does this look like one?

Wanna buy a $3000 Bayo???

Every buyer on Ebay has to shoulder the blame for the rising prices. We are not forced to pay the inflated prices, we can shop elsewhere or not at all. Regardless of what is asked for an item, if it sells for that price then that is the market price. Bear in mind that whatever we are prepared to pay for an item then that is what we think it is worth. Either that or we should not complain for having bought it. The same applies when buying from a dealer. If everybody was selling SA daggers for $3ooo etc. then no-one would complain because that would be the market price. Everybody wants to buy cheaply and sell for a motza. Don't get me wrong, I think that the seller in question is dellusional. However, good luck to him if he can get his price. This world is full of greed and while ever people do not do their sums before buying then they should not complain before or after.
