Ok, I'll go out on the limb, I'm not 100% sure but saw one like your on another forum and they all agreed that it was made my Junker.

Bill Ralph, could you show a different angle of the eagles head?
Is the deck gun damaged? In the breach area.
Jamie's deduction is as close as I have seen. But a full head shot might help confirm.
