Almost complete Alcoso TM in my dress bayonet collection. Now looking for tear drop balance point. One manufacture, but different pommels,crossguards,TMs.....intersting. IMHO, AWS TM is scarce TM on dress bayonets.

Beautiful :-) I really like the last TM, especially the cursive one. The beauty is always in the details. JAN

Andrei
Would you mind if I copy the AWS photo for my TM list. I have never seen that one before. I am envious.

Oh now that's one I haven't seen before on a dress bayonet, the AWS logo. I know Terry's jealous, we've spoken about this one before & I know it's one he doesn't have. Nice Alcoso trio Andrei.

Terry, I have read this post http://daggers.infopop.cc/eve/...480095243#8480095243 first and when I saw this one for sale, I told myself - I have to have it.... and now it is mine. Of course, you can have TM for your list and also G.Grafrath, which I posted at Dress bayonet TM's topic. Billy, thanks. Now we know for sure, that Alcoso AWS TM is presented on dress bayonets also.

Andrei, My compliments on finding a very nice bayonet. With a marking I don't recall seeing on other than some of the "commercial" examples of the (84/98) 98K combat bayonets, like the one ORPO (George) posted. There also still may be another variant out there waiting to be discovered. If they follow some of the German Police combat bayonets, with an AWS/Scales instead of the ACS/Scales as depicted below. Regards, FP

You've got me on that one . I have the "AWS" marked issue bayonet, but at the moment no picture. In the meantime, here is a German Police 98K with the very hard to find "red W" marking. Best Regards, Fred
