As we always say, isn't it strange how the real ones need no debate whatsoever? Great helmet, Jerry. This is the kind of wear and patina the faker-scum; oops sorry...the "reenactor helmet-artistes" in our midst will never duplicate.

Very nice and desirable camo helmet indeed. My experience is that the so called "tropical camos" incorporating tan colors, are encountered from all fronts. I have several "tropical" camos originating from Norway, which are all helmets I bought directly from the families that took them in 1945. Pinpointing exactly where a helmet came from solely based on the paint colors is an extremely difficult if not impossible task in my opinion.
