Found this out in the garage behind the nail jars. Then I suddenly remembered it came with a dedication plaque which I can't find no more. But to my clear recollection it was a dedication which read:
And unseren lieben Bierkrug- und Abortdeckelscharnieroelingsoberverwalter Johann Tserklas Schnuckelmeier zum 50sten Dienstjubilaeum.

Did I read that as Josef Ezechiel was the mayor of Obertraubling?
Isn't that in Bavaria or Regensburg somewhere?

Yeah, I think it is between Regensburg and Landshut in Lower Bavaria.
It took me a little while to translate but it sez:
To our beloved beermug and toiletseat hinge lubrication supervisor Johann Tserklas Schnuckelmeier for his 50th service anniversary.
