I Picked these 2 pieces up over the weekend, I know there Austro/Hungarian and for caps or helmets but have no idea what they are? Any help appreciated! Thank's

Rocker1,
both pieces are not part of an Austro Hungarian hat, visor or helmet out of WW 1, may be earlier or not for military issue.
Can you please post a better picture of the eagles shield?
